K K9coral Experienced Reefer Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Jan 24, 2004 #2 I use 50/50 white/actinic power compact bulbs on my 46 gallon reef and Ive had good results. A little bright on my candy coral. I had to move him to the bottom of the tank.
