In wall tanks are inquired about form time to time around here, so I figured I'd post pics of mine. It's young, about a year old, so the SPS are little more than frags still. The dimensions of the tank are 48x32x24.
The top pic is what you see when you walk through the arch, a nice 4' deep view.

Do you have more pics of the building and setup process?
The "behind the wall" would be nice to see as well. :)

Very nice, I really like the deep view, I personnal haven't seen a tank
positioned like that before. You have the wheels turning in my head now.

Dude,
That is awesome :!: :!: :!:
Good Job.

I to would like to see more pics of the building phase. The pic of the construction doesnt look like you have much supporting the tank.

Thanks guys. I went with acryic this time, just for cost reasons, and I didn't have time to wait for a custom Oceanic. If I was to do it over, I'd put off the construction a bit, and wait for the glass tank. I just have to baby the acrylic too much. As it happened, the female of the house was getting impatient with the ongoing construction zone, so I didn't really have the luxury of waiting for the Oceanic even if I had the money at the time.

You can't tell from that particular pic, but the tank is supported by plenty of 2x4's and 4x4's.
Underneath is a 60 gallon glass tank that I converted into a sump. :)
