Lapis Lustre sandblasting sand...

i just purchased a 100 lb. bag of lapis lustre fine grade #60 silica-based sandblasting sand...it says monterey bay beach sand on the bag..i just wanna make sure that this will be fine in my 40 g. FOWLR.. any thoughts or experience with this sand?? btw, theyre very light brown and sugar fine sized..
