Help...gramma with eye problem

I noticed today that my gramma has a puffy, cloudy eye. I am wondering whether I should get him to a QT, or wait it out in the hopes that it may clear up on its own.

I suspect I already know the answer...but has anyone experienced this problem going away on its own?

Single eye? Very well could be an injury.

Yes, likely an injury, and you can treat (in your main tank) with Epson salts (I think 1 tsp per 5 gal is recommended at webwetmedia.com). I used this treatment for a wrasse and it cleared up within a couple days.
