Guys, I think it's vertebrate. Must be Modelia sp.. Identification to species level is impossible withoug getting it out of the loose yellow shell that comes off easily with proper stimuli.

Found it in Reef Aquarium, Volume 2 by Delbeek & Sprung, it's called a grossicus haticus. Defined as: an ugly article of clothing(read appendage), commonly observed at shows of fashion. Items such as these often purchased by people with large sums of disposable income, even though those with the aforementioned money would never be seen in public wearing such a hideous contraption.
