If you were to take all the skimmers made, and line them up by thier ability to skim, and operate properly, ie produce skimage, keep bubbles inside skimmer (NOT TANK), and not require hourly adjustment.

the skilter would be dead last
followed closely by the seaclone

Although i agree with buying a better skimmer, i also believe if it aint broke dont fix it...if the skilter is doing its job for you and youre satisfied than so be it...

I agree.

Just don't push it off as a good skimmer. Some poor newbie will read it, buy it, use it, discard it, and then get discouraged.
