If you are hell bent on keeping it I'd reccomend checking the aggressive forum over on RC and ask Mike Dandeneau about it - pretty sure he mentioned keeping one for a time. If you keep it for any length of time in your aquarium and then release it you run the risk of introducing foreign pathogens or organisms so I'd decide quickly.

John - I knew these things genereated a jolt - I had an arguement with Wade on IRC about them some time ago he claimed they were not bio-electric.
