I dont think I want to get a anemone to host my clowns. Im hearing clowns will also host some corals. What do you think about a torch coral, my LFS has a nice Torch Coral im thinking about getting. Any other suggestion about hosting corals.??
It's hit and miss with corals hosting clowns,,, no guarantees,,,also depends what kind of clowns you have.
I'd recommend against a torch coral,,,, I have a big torch that 3 different clowns have tried as a host and they all got stung terribly,, and the torch didn't seem too happy either.
like Juck said, its hit or miss. Different clowns are attracted to different anenomes. Elegence and frog spawn are possibilities that i've heard of. Also, your clown will tack on a whole new personality once it has an anemone/coral to protect
