Hydrogen peroxide as a disinfectant.

Have you ever disinfect your nets or equipment with Hydrogen Peroxide H2o2 ?
I have three tanks and one of my fish is sick but under control but I'm using the same net in all my tanks... and I was thinking how to disinfect the net and it comes to my mind; H2O2 is cheap... but I don't know how much H2O2 (3%) could be good in a gallon of fresh water.

I'v heard that fresh water will kill the salt water bacteria but I wanna be 200% :lol: sure that all the organisms in my net will be killed.

Just rinse the net in fresh water and let it air dry...

H202 is safe and cheap. To keep it effective, I wouldn't dilute it more then half (half hydroden peroxide, half water).

Yep, it's fine to use H202 to disinfect nets. Just air dry the net.

Luis, I think they're joking But on a serious note, I do prefer cups/containers over nets whenever possible.
