Earlier today, one of my electric blue hermits climbed out of his shell, molted, than hung out without his shell for about an hour before getting back in. I've never seen any hermit do this before. Just thought it was kind of funny.

I would assume that they all exit their shell for a while to molt, I just wouldn't expect an hour.

It is the weakest moment for the crab without its protection,and in the wild I bet it would be eaten by some fish already.

I don't know if anyone really want to see the naked pic, since they are very, very ugly in the normally hidden end. Serious.
