I got some rock from DrsFosterandSmith.com I got a box of Lalo and Tonga. I was ticked off about the tonga much smaller than the ad said, so they refunded me half the cost. The Lalo rock was great. This is uncrued and full of life, and death. One rock had 12 dead scallops on it and I think I still smell that every now and again. On the Lalo I got a 36lb box, received 4 large pieces, no rubble. Each piece has a hard coral on it that surrvived the shipping.

yeah scrubbing is up to you. Like I said before, I scrubbed my rock for one tank and later regretted it. My new tank I haven't scrubbed anything and there are a ton of small feather dusters and other little filter feeders that come out. There are also a couple sponges, and 3 types of macro algae.
As for TBS, do a search. There should be a lot of threads, and I usually try not to send people to reefcentral.com, but they have a lot of threads where people keep journals of their experiences with TBS, this would probably help you a lot. Just do a search over there. HTH

I purchased cured live rock here and put it in my tank when it came, I did not have any problems, this is in my 29 that had 10lb of rock in it already, I added 15lb from the above site. But what worked for me might not work for anyone else

Alot of people have used TBS and are very happy with it. I am planning on going with them in the near future. Stocking a new 105 gallon. Very alive rock from TBS. Cant see you could go wrong with them or any of the others mentioned here.

Good luck.

I think TB Saltwater is over priced and you get stuff in that "package" that you don't want or need. But this is JMO....

TBS = Tampa Bay Saltwater.
I got a "package" for my 220 and am very pleased with it. I posted a looong story on it here: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthrea ... did=339082 . I'd consider getting a 60G pkg for the 75 unless you want lots of rock. They ship the rock in water so there's very little die off. You'll get lots of extra critters, some of which you may not want (gorilla crabs, mantis...). For me the mantis were a plus, maybe not the gorilla crabs though. It's a pretty good deal if you count all the critters you get with the second half.
