Triggers are usually always bickersome, but Ive known them to be particularly dynamic in their personalities. Like one could be a thug and go around ruining other fish's business, and some Ive seen actually kind of "befriend", if you will, other fish in the tank. Space is always one of those variables in those kinds of observations, of course... Ive never kept one, but Ive observed a lot of Triggers, and Bluelines can be one of those "iffy" types... But, so far, the tankmates all appear to be compatible on paper; try it, you may find youve created a unique relationship that works for you and yours, as is what often happens in this industry.

Good luck in any case!

Show us an enlarged picture of your avatar and we'll tell ya! :)

Actually, I don't have any experience with Blueline Tiggers. Most triggers are aggressive if not plain nasty. Hopefully, someone with experience with Blueline's will chime in and answer your question.

Oh yeah, :welcome:

Your tank is too small for a Pseudobailistes fuscus ( blueline trigger ). These fish will grow to about 22" and are extremely aggressive. They will most likely attack any non-aggressive fish in your tank. They will also eat most of your invertebrates and rearrange your rockwork. Minimum size for this fish would be 250gl.

My experience in a trigger only tank is that the blue line is one of the most agressive, more agressive than a queen trigger, almost as bad (good?) as a clown.

I wouldn't put one in anything other than a very agressive fish only tank.

I've kept this fish, and I agee with David. Spot on as usual. :) I wouldn't place them anywhere close to an undulatus as far as aggression goes, but they're aggressive enough. That, along with their sheer size and destructive nature dictates they have a very large tank. 120 is much too small.

Shut up Dewr.... :P
