I've had my hawkfish for over 5 years now, and a false perc, royal grama, and yellow tang for over 3. They're like family.

Powder Brown going on 9 years.

That's awesome. I have a powder brown I added about a year ago to replace a sailfin I traded to another reefer. Gorgeous fish and very outgoing - he comes up to the glass and 'challenges' me when I get close and is definitely the boss of the tank though he is well behaved with my regal and my scribbled rabbit. I'm hoping I can have him for many years to come.

Pair of tank-raised ocellaris clownfish (my first saltwater fish), 6 years old.

They've been moved 10 times!!! Never had a lick of sickness on them, either...

Peace,

Chip

I have a psychedelic mandarin fish (aka dragonette) that is 5 years old. She has been in a 55 gallon tank most of her life and has always been quite plump without ever consuming packaged or added food (knock on wood).

I would consider that quite rare.

Bangbang

Just luck. No anemone for 20 years, 3 tanks in his time, one only 12 gallon. Fed when I remember once a day but can miss three in a row. Current tank is 7 year old reef, so plenty to pick at.

My oldest fish is a Flame Hawkfish that I've kept over 7 years. I've become so attached to him that it will be like losing a family member if somthing happens to him.
