Anyone recommend a decent pump and/or where to get them? I`ve been looking on ebay and found several I`m interested in.Looking at the 900-1200gph range.The problem is they don`t give you the specs on most of them and the few that they do seems like you lose so much flow due to head pressure you basically end up with very little pump left.My sump is on the floor so I have to come up about 4 feet.I hate to buy something just to find out it barely makes it to the main tank.I know nothing in this hobby is cheap but affordability is as always an issue.

Check out some of RDO's sponsors' website. MarineDepot, for example, has some specs on the webpages.

FWIW, I like Iwasaki and LittleGiant pump, and they both have pressure-rated pump for your application.
