Is this enough light?

I have two 48" 40 watt florescent light s and two 175 watt m/h on a 75 gal reef?
Is this enough lighting for sps and lps

As far as light goes, I think that should be fine.

While I generaly agree with the above posters, SOME SPS corals are more demanding and will turn brown unless provided more intense lighting. Remember, a coral that needs a 400w bulb under 10" of water in a 200 gallon tank to maintian color STILL needs that same 400 watts under 10" of water in a 75 gallon tank. In general though, you should be fine.
