I've seen titanium tubing on eBay. You may be able to buy some there and either fabricate the coil yourself (if you have some tube bending equipment, beware - titanium is not easy to work) or bring to a metal fabrication shop and have them make one. If all else fails I'd try to contact the chiller mfg.
There are a few company here in the US and Canada that fabricate titanium heat exchangers, and I highly recommand you go with this route than just order the coil itself.

Not as easy as you think, and a lot harder if you get the wrong type of titanium alloy.

how do i connect it to the copper wireing ?...
Usually, any shop with equipment to fab titanium will be able to put a adoptor on it to connect to copper tubing. Usually, it is flared.
