Yes, dwarf angels and some other angels are now being captively bred (or at least reared). Liveaquaria currently has captive bred C.interruptus for sale, albeit for $699
Clownfish of all sorts are being captive bred along with some gobies, basslets (Pseudochromis) and cardinals. I don't know of much else, but the field is growing
Pomacanthus maculosus is regularly bred as well. Assessors and seahorses are some more to add to the list Len mentioned. I suspect jawfish are probably right around the corner as well. When I talked to someone from ORA (before the hurricanes anyway :? ) they were in the process of building tanks to keep tang broodstock.
