Negative Feedback for Adam at CQUARIUM!
Very disappointed, i prepaid for a coral, and he turns around and sells it to someone else. I've read nice things Adam and his great work ethics but i didn't see any of that. Here is the story;
Called him and told him i liked a purple scolymia on his site. Told him i would like to buy it but would i be able to provide my own fedex account for shipping. Told him i would prepay him the 48- for the coral. I also asked if he would be updating the site, he said yes this weekend just some zoos. I said i will pay him the balance of 14- (box fee and heat packs) after i review the zoos to see if i want to add anything to the order. He also mentions to me that he cannot hold anything with out payment for longer than 48 hours. Payment sent on 1/21, didn't like anyting on his site sent 14- on 1/23. Been trying to contact him today all day, he does not pick up the phone nor reply to any of my emails. Trying to find out if he will ship the coral to me. 5:00PM rolls around and i get a refund for the coral. He mention in the email because i did not pay him the 14- in time the coral was sold. I'm thinking, i paid you the 14- in less than 48 hours, whats going on?
I really don't understand what happened, maybe he just didn't want to sell me the coral. He is so hard to get in touch with. I've prepaid vendors all the time to hold corals and paid the balance when everything was confirmed.
This guy is not honest, he has yet to contact me or return my calls, can't even give me an explanation. All because i didn't pay him for the 10- box charge and 4- heat pack he sells the coral to someone else???
I am extremely sadden by this because i was really looking forward to getting this coral because it was purple and my wife loves purple and was really looking forward to this.
I still can't believe nor understand what happened....
