I've just finished putting together my equiptment for a 26 oceanic bowfront.
I plan on keeping a pair of false perc with a rose bta and maybe a flame hawk or valentini puffer.

Lighting: Orbit Sunpaq 2x65 w/ moon lights
Skimmer: Aqua C Remora w/skim box
Current: Maxijet 1200 w/prefilter
Heat: Ebo-Jagger 100w

I'm going to use water from an oceanus 4 stage RO/DI and have a 4-5" sand bed, hopefully with tropical play sand, I'm about to go cover the metro dc home depots looking, but am a little doubtful seeing as how its winter.

I've been thinking about putting on a cpr 12" aquafuge and putting a 50w heater in there instead of using the 100w ebo. I'm very, very, concerned about a flood though. So I'm not so sure about this. Or maybe this ecosystem 40 hot fuge/filter, but again im concerned about a flood. Will either of these make a significant difference do you think? Should I be worried?

Is a valentini puffer out of the question? Would he attack the clowns? Too small a tank?

Do I have enough flow, I figure its about 10x, any advice on aiming the mj to minimize dead spots?

Thanks for any advice

Neither the CPR nor the ecosystem fuge should flood. Their design makes it terribly hard to flood/overflow unless something really large obstructs the output (very unlikely). I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure it's clean each time you look at the tank.

A valentini puffer will do fine in a 26 gallon and won't harass the clown. But you will not be able to keep some crustaceans. Aside from that, it is fine for your tank.

Everythine else about your setup looks fine to me :P
