Hi,

I have a golden leather coral and a few days ago I noticed the stalk and some of the cap was wasting away. Upon futher investigation there were two nudibranchs living and feeding on it. I've removed the little buggers but the area is still not healing properly. Is there any thing I can do to save my leather coral?

Thanks

I don't think there's anything additional that you can do. Are you sure you got all the nudibranchs? If so, I'd just try to keep the water as pristine as possible. Good luck!

If it's still rotting away, I think it's time to take drastic measure and cut off the good tissue. You may want to consider chopping off the crown entirely and letting it grow a new one. It will look funny for a few months, but this usually works.
