I found it in a hole of some live rock..

Normally we complain about out of focus pictures or too far away, your picture is focused and close but the worm is too compressed and doesn't show enough detail to give you a positive ID.
It looks somewhat like a species of the family: Polynoidae (scaleworm), quite possibly Gastrolepidia sp.
Sorry I can't do better than that at the moment.
See if you can get a better picture

Brittlestar was my first thought too but it looks like just 4 arms.

It also looks to me like a brittlestar that has lost all its arms.

That is what I also think of when I first saw it. But the strange part is it would only have four legs and not five. Strange...
