Hey all,
I'm going to move my chiller out to the garage and I'm using my old AM3k for sump return. Its about a 7.5 foot rise to the crawl space, about 7-8 feet parallel over to the chiller, through the 3/4" fittings on the chiller (why does Aqualigics do that?) then back to the tank..I've had this pump a long time but never tried to put this much head pressure on it. I'm only looking for 600+ gph...what do you think?

If the dolphin pump curve is accurate, I think you'll be fine. IMO there would've been no worry at all if it wasn't for those 3/4" fittings, but my guess is that it will still be able to do 600+ GPH even with the restriction. Personally I would plumb everything up to and after the chiller with at least 1" pipe to minimize losses.

Hopefully someone who's actually tried a similar setup can comment...

i have a friend who is running his ampmaster 3000 about 10 feet below the tank and it is putting out a lot of flow. i think you are okay, if your feed through the chiller doesnt restrict the flow in parallel feed.

I run mine about 8 feet up and 14 feet laterally. Like Chris said, those 3/4 might be problematic, but I think you should be fine.
