Hmm. I've had one since the begining of my SW 55g tank, and have not had a problem. But my experience is limited. David you may be correct. How/where did you find this information?

Your tank is a 55 gal his is a 29 gal, notice I said that size tank.
Anyway it's my own and Scott Michael's personal experience.
