opinions about starboard? where do you buy starboard?

i see some people using this stuff instead of sand now. what are your opinions on this, where can i buy starboard? tia!

I have it. I removed my sand and didn't want to chance a rockslide crashing into the glass bottom. It is ok IMO. It is covered in coraline pretty much (I my case it is more hair algae now).

I got it at a local Plastic shop.
