Some of the easier soft corals are green star polyps, general mushroom corals (not ricordia, although they aren't that much more difficult), most any non-special colored button polyp (ie zoanthids). Colt Coral, Kenya Tree, all really easy.

All above, plus:

Toadstool, Green or Peach Briarium, Macro alge is easy, but not coral. Flower and other atlantic anemonies are pretty easy.

Anemones require very good conditions and while they are not the most difficult critter to keep, they are not good for new tank owners. They do like the same conditions as a well kept reef tank for the most part, but are much less forgiving of a lapse in water quality than soft corals, and once you upset an anemone it can be hard to get it so settle in again. They really are a critter that you should wait on getting until your tank has been thriving for a good while.

I think that people say atlantic anemones are easy because they are cheap! I have no problems keeping anemones now, but can tell you that I killed two atlantic condys when I saw a newbie, so, they are not bulletproof by any means.

Condy's can be difficult because they tend to walk if not fed enough. They tend to need feeding more than other anemones.

Lobophytum sp., Sarcophyton sp., Sinularia sp....

unless you have the wrong conditions for them...
