Hi No Shoes,

How long have you been using the miracle mud for? I've seen too many tanks crash over time using this product to be comfortable with it. Leng Sy's tanks look great at first, but time told a different story.

And like LA-Lawman says, try not to type in all caps. It demonstrates shouting online and it's hard to read as well.

i dont beliv ein this products but i do belive in fair testing and not dooming it from the start

( same can be said witht he way IR tested the aquaeqalizer things.... wrong size for the tank and absolutly no control)

Fortran is an ancient programming language young padawan. LOL. seriously though, it did originate in the 50's. i remember it still being around in the 70's when i was first introduced to computers as a young lad.

This is way off topic, but my latest project is in FORTRAN. It is still alive and kicking, just like some COBOL and Pascal.

Why?

There are so many better languages to use....

Fortran (also FORTRAN) is a statically typed, compiled (sometimes interpreted), imperative, computer programming language originally developed in the 1950s and still heavily used for scientific computing and numerical computation half a century later. The name is a portmanteau of Formula Translator/Translation. Early versions of the language were known as FORTRAN, but the capitalization has been dropped in newer revisions beginning with Fortran 90. The official language standards now refer to the language as "Fortran".

Although originally a procedural language, recent versions of Fortran have included some features to support object-oriented programming.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

I had a C++ Programing Class in highschool. I wanted to go into programing PLC (Programmable logic controller) for industrial applications.

Then I got hooked on reef. I am now a reef junky.

Well, for us, we have been working on this oceanography code in FORTRAN for about 20 years, and there is no way any of us want to convert it to Java, for example.

Just look at natural languages like Chinese and English. If we are logically, won't you think both would be dead a few centuries ago?

yes, but chinese and english are spoken languages....

Fortran is something that should of been done away with long ago, sort of like most of the stuff I work with on a daily basis.

I am one to talk, I am still doing things the way they did back when they build the pyramids...
