white cement for aragocrete?

so i've tried contacting GARF, and i've visited all my local Home Depots and Lowes, and i cant find anyone who sells low alkalinity white cement.
I need it to make the magic aragocrete mixture. According to Portland, quikrite supplies their white cement, but according to quikrite, they have no idea what i'm talking about!!
has anyone ever made aragocrete before and know where i can order some white cement?

Try a building supply store, a place that sells nothing but rock, sand etc. Thats where I got mine.
