I am proud to announce that my convict blenny is alive and thriving!!!

on august 27 i put a lawnmower blenny, and another convict blenny into my tank.(i already had one, who is about nine inches) The lawnmower blenny dissapeared about a week later, while the convict blenny went into the tank and was never seen again. i know they are sand dwelers and i have alot of rock, but i have not seen him once since he went in. BUT ALAS!! i just fed the tank and caught a quick sight of him! he is now about two inches long. (he was about 1" went i got him, or her)...

for those who have lost critters into their tanks, i want this to give you hope!!!

Thats good news for us both.
I have a Bullet Goby (3 inches) who has not been seen for 2 days. Normally he can be seen sifting sand in the front my tank where the sand is most easily accessed.
Usually, if a fish dies, my skimmer goes nuts, thankfully that has not happened yet. I guess there is hope.

I had 4 convicts when I started and now I have two. They were about 2" when they first went in and the two left are now 4".For a while I thought hey were dead as well.

Good to hear they are alive, good luck.
