Wavy Sea or Sea Swirl

I am considering adding some random current in my 58G tank. I have a tunze stream that I have alternating speeds and a maxijet 1200 along the back behind the rocks. My return is the other flow.

I am thinking of either the new Wavy Sea or a Seaswirl.

Any recommendations or are these a waste of money?

Then again I still have my oceans motions that I am not using. I guess I can replumb that but get the 2-way conversion kit.

Seeing you have the OM already it would be your cheapest option. I don't know if the wavy sea is really worth the extra money.

Yeah, I just ordered a 2 way kit for my OM squirt. I will run 2 returns - one to each side of the tank.

IME with the wavy sea I really glad I went with it over a seaswirl. Seaswirls move too slow IMO. I am very happy with mine, except I wish the mounting bracket was better. Having to mount it to my center brace was my only complaint about the item.
