Hi have a while ago both from www.floridapets.com, and was quite pleased with the order.

Anyone have any recent experience? I want to place an order.

I have ordered from them several times, John and Shelly are some of the friendliest people that I have dealt with. They always ship ontime (or earlier with a few of my orders) and I have not had a single problem with anything from them.

Depends upon the time of year. My first order was nothing less than fabulous (it was spring time), I got snails, gracilaris, pods all for really cheap. The next time I ordered I don't know if they raised prices because they had to, or they saw they could get a lot more money for what they offered but I wasn't really pleased with what they sent me, the gracilaris was more like a thorn bush and it disintigrated within a week, the snails I ordered had one kind (more expensive kind too!) replaced with another kind, I contacted and didn't even get a response. But it may have been the time of year I ordered these, this was shortly after they had a hurricane down there too so may have had something to do with it as well.

I am very sorry to hear of your displeasure with your order from us. I do remember the time we tried that particular type of Gracilaria. It did not do so well for most people. I reimbursed many people who had difficulty with it. I do not believe we received your e-mail concerning the order. We try to reply to every e-mail in a timely manner. We do not want anyone to remember a bad experience with our service.

My Grand dad lives in Cocoa Beach. We come down several times a year to visit. Is there any way to visit your store/shop while making an order to fly home with?
I'd really like to be able to get a deal without the shipping costs.
