does the co2 from a calcium reactor cause algae blooms? my tank seems to have more algae when i run my ca reactor, any tips to help this if it is the cause?

CO2 is almost never the limiting factor for saltwater aquarium setup. if you do feel it is the cause:
1, make sure the reactor substrate is not adding nutrient (nitrate) to the tank, esp., if you use crushed coral.

2, try to drip the reactor output in a fast flow area, so that the CO2 will gas off as fast as possible.

Are you sure you have your CO2 dialed in right? I'm sure excess CO2 could HELP generate new algae growth, after all, plants breath CO2.

Could be PO4 content in your reactor media. Do a PO4 test on the reactor effluent and see what you get.
