Older chiller OK? Custom Sealife @ 7 years?

Have the option to buy one of these, includes a controller for $200. I haven't seen it, but it is in working condition. 1/2hp...flow through.. Is there anything I should look out for?

I've only got a 65, but the temp is getting out of control.

(lost my old account info, so starting over at 0..not that I had many posts before, but some )

I dunno if I'd buy a 7 year old refridgeration device. I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't need to be recharged.

Its a guy at my LFS that I know. He said that if it didn't work, he'd take it back. I'm not tooo worried about recharging either, since part of the company I work for is commercial AC. Im mainly worried about non-serviceable parts or expensive routine replacement parts Are are all of these titanium?

Ended up buying a less than one year old Arctica 1/4hp for $400. It looks new. Im trying to figure out how to clean it now ...not that it's dirty, just that the previous owner used meds on his tank.
