It's much safer to just use RO/DI. The Carbon canister will quickly remove all trace of Chlorine.

And for good measure put it through a micron sock, aerate it by droping it from at least 2 yards and keep it in a bottle for a monht. Also say a prayer.

As stated above, some things are not known for certain in this hobby. The fact that the carbon filter(s) before the RO remove chlorine/chloramine is not one of them.

Well I use water conditioner/chlorine remover. I have no idea how a ro/di works.

If I am showing my ignorance, well, let it shine I say :D
