BTW, Sanjay, is that a tubastrea colony at the front bottom (the orange lump)? Or maybe a sponge?

If it's tubastrea, I was kind of wondering how you feed it...

Sanjay, back to your rockwork lol. The thorite that you used, how long did you let it cure before you put it in the tank. I only ask because I really want to try it and dont want to kill the couple of fish that I have in the tank. I really like the look of those thorite stacked rocks. I have been thinking if there is anything else that can be used to bond rocks together quickly besides epoxy that would be safe in a tank--never thought of thorite
I also wanted to know about this.

And, are thorite and hydraulic cement the same thing? :)

Gresh, will any hydraulic cement work? I couldn't find Thorite but I got 'UGL Drylok Fast Plug Hydraulic Cement' at the hardware store. Any word on whether this would be safe to use? How would I go about checking (which ingredients)?

So are your rocks free standing? Or is there some sort of support structure under them? I'm only asking because I wonder if a sand bed is an aesthetic necessity.

Got my first fish from Liveaquaria today. 3 bellus angels (1M+2F), one of my favorite fish, and I have wanted a trio of these for a long time.

They really do a great job packing and shipping the fish.

A small harem should behave naturally in a tank your size :)

And yes: Fishman's operation is top notch. :D

The fish are really doing well for just having been introduced to the tank. They are swimming around with the other like they have been in this tank for a while. Chasing and eating the mysis shrimp along with the others.

Time to start thinking about the next ones to add :D

I am now upto 22 fish !! My plan to keep most fish in atleast pairs is not being too successful so far. I had 2 aurora gobies and one got the crap beat out, I got 2 long nose and one jumped out while I was acclimatizing them, and my dispars went from 4 to 1. The multiples I have now are

3 - bellus angels
2 - M. Bipartus
2 - M. Negroensis
2 - bangaii
4 - Kupang Damsels

Singles -
1 - Blochi Tang
1 - Purpel Tang
1 - hepatus tang
1 - Blond Naso
1 - Midas Blenny
1 - Aurora Goby
1 - Dispar
1 - long nose hawk
1 - radiant wrasse

I've been trying to keep my fish in groups too. 3 Bimac anthias and 3 Roseafacia fairy wrasses, two yasha gobies, and I just added two neon cleaner gobies and plan on a pair of Helfrichis to finish it off. I should've kept my other black tang instead of selling to that dishonest person in Reno NV :?
