That surprises me. I had 2 Chromis in a 50 g and they cleaned out the entire tank. I would think he would make short work of a 72. Is that a picture of your actual fish? How big is he?

:D

Yeah, I think you might have first dibs on it for some reason or other... ;)
(I ghetto modded a pair of 65w actinics into the fixture BTW.. - Just need to find a couple rubber grommets to make it more purty. - I'll prob'ly do that when I get ready to drop in some moonlights.)

GET THAT HOUSE SOLD!

He's about 4".. - He does a good job, he's just hesitant to get down close to any corals. (I don't see any sting scars but who knows.. - Not from anything I have anyway..) If they stray from the base of any corals at all he picks them off though, so he's keeping them under control.

Doesn't look like he's done any damage to the worm/pod population yet but I'll be keeping an eye on that.. (I guess they're known to root around for them too.. - Do chromis do that as well??)

Not that I know of, but who knows? I had no idea they ate flatworms. Had a tank with some of them and added the chromis incidentally.

For what's it worth I was able to get two different target mandarins to eliminate nasty flat worm problems in two different tanks. Not all of them will eat them, but if you get one that does they do a fab job. Mine got fat as hell for awhile, but went back down to a more normal size when they switched from fw (gone) back to pods.
