I recently purchased a red open brain coral and it seems today that one of my percula clownfish has taken a real liking to it. If in fact she does try and host in it is this a problem for the health of the coral? Has this ever happened to anyone?

That is a pretty common thing for a clownfish to do and is usually not a problem unless he gets rough with the brain.

LauraD is right, if the brain stays closed because of the fish trying to host it, that will not be good for the brain.

Ok. It seemed a little odd to me as the brain in no way resembles an anemone, she seems to have no interest in the frogspawn what so ever. But I guess it is ultimately up to her. Thanks for the responses.
