Lighting question

I have a 72 gallon bowfront FOWLR. LR, assorted polyps and mushrooms. I need to change my lighting, currently pc, 65 watts x4. I was wondering if the " outer orbit hqi " would be too much wattage for my tank. I've always liked the MH lighting "effect"

Not sure the spec's on the fixture you have listed, but for a 72 bow I think you would be good with 250's.

Thank you for responding. The new unit I was looking at has 2, 150 watt HQI 10K bulbs and 2, 130 watt actinic. If I switch to metal halides, will I need to keep the total wattage lower than what I just listed?
