I have recently set up my new tank and transfered the old to the 90. I have a reef face on one side and a seperate island for LPS and softies on teh other. I managed to set up my flow so that there is strong flow on the reef and lesser flow on thh LPS and softies. Now the issue is that all the sand from the reef side has blown onto the island half of the tank. So, to make a long story longer.... I now have BB on the reef side and DSB on teh island side. Does anyone see any problems with that or am I getting the best of both worlds maybe?

You wouldnt be getting the best of both worlds as a BB really needs to be all BB to stop detritus trapping. Nothing wrong there though. Maybe add a bit of sp sea floor grade sand to the bed were it went BB to even out the look if you want.
