Flow querry.

I have a question on flow. I currently have a MAG 12 for my return. It will be pushing approx 740 gallons of water and then I have 2 penductors. Will this be enough for my 90 gallon with sps dominated? I have always thought that I would need 18-20X turnover. Is that not correct?

I'd add a Vortech or Tunze 6100, or two.

You can never have too much "gentle" flow.
