Now a new problem, or at least one I have just began to notice.

At night I am getting a significant amount of condensation in the canopy.

Do you think it would be enough to just drill some "vents" in the lid, or will I need a fan?

Just to make sure, the fan should vent out?

For some reason, condensation becomes problematic in the winter time.

I'd add a fan and have to blow air in. The hot air will be forced out. If you have fan blow out, all that humidity and salt will shorten the life of the fan.

Warm water, cool room air, cool canopy, condensation.

LOL it wouldn't be if you left the windows open. Nice and dry outside.
