my cleaner shrimp died today, it was 4 years old and it was already big when i bought it so it probably died of old age. question is do you think it is safe to feed my open brain coral? i would like to do the circle of life thing to give the shrimp death some purpose.

Sushi anyone?

Seriously, I don't think there is any issue with safety. Just make sure it is still fresh and wholesome.

Yeah, when something like that dies in my tank it's long gone in less than an hour by means of bristleworms, stars, crabs, and other shrimp. Taking it out and feeding it back to the tank would be weird for me. :)
