I have a 180 gal and i just dont think i have enough water movement.
I was wondering what other people use in their larger tanks to keep the water moving and anything from settling on live rock etc.. Besides breaking down the tank and installing a wave box.

I prefer propeller type powerheads like VorTechs or Streams as they are probably the most energy efficient way to go and they're easy to setup and move around if you should want to change flow configuration. If you do a search, there are some inexpensive mods people do to convert traditional powerheads to propeller types.

Surge devices can be another good option if you don't mind the bubbles/noises associated with them.

If you have a pressure rated return pump, an eductor/penductor may also be an option.

Modded MJ's move a great deal of water.

Me, I have a Sequence 5800 CL, a Tunze 2100 (?), 3 mj's and a AM3K return to keep the water moving.

Are you looking for cheap water movement or more water movement?
