I swear to God this is pissing me off---Calcium

I cant freaking keep my calcium level above 380. I could dump a whole bottle of calcium into the tank and it wouldnt change a thing. Whats weird is the Maxima clam is getting good growth, as evident of the white new growth on its dark shell. I cant guage off of the corals though since their new growth is under flesh.

you need to get mg higher / regular, for increasing ca level..

I havent kept a keen eye on magnesium honestly. My alk is normal according to my high tech color chart.....meaning light green/teal.

I second that.. Perhaps you should get a second opinion. Take some water to the lfs and see what they get. Also agree that 380 is not that bad.

Oh yeah, bring some water to me and I will test it for you. I have a good test kit. What type of calcium supplement are you using?
