Yea Im having anemone frustrations myself. My LFS didnt warn me that my 6 dollar Atlantic anemone would grow form the 4 inches it was to a foot long in one month. Ive had two fish dissapear and I think I know who did it.... :x

The pics is a little deceiving. The tomato does not go into the carpet, even though it looks like he's coming out of it.

Yes they are.

When they first went into the tank they were lighter colored aaaaannnnnnnnd here is the pic:
