I want to put my 48" coralife light under a canopy but cant seem to figure out if it will fit. Its for use on a 55g tank. The light spans across the whole tank. Anyone have any experience with these. Dont really want to order a canopy and it not fit.
I am in the same delima. I too want to buy some lights/canopy. I am thinking of finding a retrofit kit in the 46" version. This way they should fit. Let me know if you get any info.
I have this identical setup. I use a florescent grid from home depot, and I have two blocks of wood 1"X1"X7" on either side to support it right on the knotch that goes around the inside of the top. Works great.
