I've seen this name pop up a few times as far as a good quality skimmer goes.

I was suprised at the low price on the webpage, especially including the pump!

I was looking at this particular mod.

I will need a pump wiht about 1.5 vol of water /hr to feed this recirculating skimmer. Would a MJ work for this?

Yeah, use an MJ. For your tank, which this skimmer is rated way over, I would use the MJ400 which will be more than enough for your 70g total volume for your tank. The MJ600 will work too.

Not sure. I wouldn't consider a rio over the MJ.
