Deffinately photoshop. there would be much more discoloration plus infection in a wound that large. As dirty as hands are that would be much more infected. Its too "clean for your viewing." Ever notice how the genuine films are always harder to see and make out than the "genuine" photos. Like how home videos are all shaky, but the "real" videos are perfectly lit and controlled. lol
