I've got a resident pair of true perks that share space in their anemone with a bangaii cardinal. I have a pair of bangaii in the tank and both get close to the anemone, but I've only seen one go deep into the tentacles. Has anyone else seen this behavior?
Thanks,
Mitch

Here is one of the clowns. The bangaii is barely visible in the photo.

Just crazy. Either you have a very satisfied anenome or your bangaii has figured out a way to alter its slime coat chemistry like a clown.

This isn't very helpful, but bangaii cardinals usually like to take refuge using other inverts, rather than the usual live rock. Most of the time, they're found between the spines of sea urchins. I guess it's possible that the cardinals found a way to change their slime coat. It's interesting. Keep us posted.
