Looks to me that the overflows should go into the sump on the right side, the skimmer could fit into the first large chamber, the refuguim could be the biggest chamber and the return pump should hook to the lower bulkhead in the left of the pic. I have no Idea what the second bulkhead or the internal pump is for. The flex hose hooks to the overflow from the tank and drains inot the top of the sump. I wrote could for the skimmer and fuge because you may need to reverse these depending on the size of you skimmer footprint.
As long as water enters one end, gets filtered and possibly heated somewhere in between and returns to the tank on the other end your sump will be doing its job. After that, everything is subject to change.

Can use a over flow box so that it flows in the main tank. I have a wet/dry filter system. Can I ran it the same way? I think this will add movement in the tank along with the max-jets 1200's.

I actively use Caulerpa to clear water.
In Moscow there is no opportunity to buy " Miracle Mud ", therefore raise Caulerpa on aragonite of sand.

Insofar I understand for model of the filter ecosystem refuguim 100 minimum overflowings must be 1200 Gallons Per Hour, better more.

I not certain on 100%, but on my data capacity this pomps 2630ë/ch, in gallon this beside 700 gph are got little.
I took given for model of the filter 3612 possible beside You model of the filter 3012 then orderly.
Honour attentively site, to which I You reference gave there much interesting.
I it is difficult to write the greater posts on english.
