I just got a Naso tang from my LFS today - By the time I got home, he had on each side white bloatches - I guess a stress reaction - Other than that, he seems fine - I am in the process of acclimating him before putting him in my quarantine tank (10 gals with a small skimmer maintained at 78F and 1.024 salinity) - Any tips to help him come down?

So it's just the bloatches? The chromatophores of Naso sp. tangs can change dramatically depending on their mood, stress, or time of day. It's quite normal for newly introduced Nasos to look bloatchy. If that's all you're seeing, I wouldn't worry. It'll be fine tomorrow.

He is about 4 inches long - And ate a few brine shrimps 20 mins ago - Here's a pic (note, taken @ ISO400, and sharpened, hence the noise)

That's normal stress coloration. I'd keep a very close eye on ammonia and nitrite levels. In the future I would use a much larger QT tank for such a large fish.

he is ok I have had naso's occasionally but they get to big, every one I have introduced to my tank had the same blotches. it is stress and it is normal. you will notice he will do that when the lights come on in the beginning and when your hand goes in. whatever freaks him out. he'll be fine
IMO
